Dan Fuller- Owner/Teacher

Mr. Dan is a dedicated and passionate educator from Northern Michigan with a lifelong love for working with young children. From a young age, he knew his calling was to help shape the minds and hearts of the next generation, and he has pursued this path with unwavering commitment.

With an impressive academic background, Mr. Dan holds a Master’s degree in Special Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. While his formal education has equipped him with a deep understanding of teaching techniques and child development, it is his natural ability to connect with children that truly sets him apart.

Mr. Dan has a remarkable gift for weaving playfulness into every interaction. He recognizes that play is a vital part of childhood development and skillfully uses it to create enriching experiences for children. His approach transforms everyday moments into opportunities for learning and growth, allowing children to explore the world around them with curiosity and confidence.

In Mr. Dan’s classroom, children are met with warmth, encouragement, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. His ability to build meaningful connections makes every child feel seen, heard, and supported. Through his thoughtful guidance, children at Pathways are inspired to embrace their creativity, develop self-assurance, and discover the joy of learning.

Brittni Fuller- Owner/Director

Brittni Fuller’s journey into early childhood education began in her hometown, where she spent her days exploring nature and playing in the creeks alongside her three sisters. Her passion for working with young children was sparked during her college years while studying in a childcare lab. This experience led her to pursue and earn a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Since then, Brittni has enriched her expertise by working in various childcare centers across the country.

With a teaching style described as gentle and illuminating—much like the soft glow of the moon—Brittni brings a sense of calm and warmth to her classroom. Her practice with young children is both fluid and intentional, shaped by years of meditation and hands-on experience. She believes in the power of creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive, explore, and express themselves freely.

Brittni’s approach is rooted in building strong, meaningful relationships with her students and their families. She has a profound respect for each child’s unique abilities and strengths, encouraging them to embrace their individuality. Her dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere ensures that every child feels seen, heard, and valued at Pathways Preschool.
